As a new Apprentice Landscaper, you’ll build a solid foundation in lawn-care basics, job-site safety, equipment handling, and plant identification. Your main focus is learning and applying company processes while demonstrating a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for our core values.
As a Landscape Laborer, you assist in installing, maintaining, and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes. You’ll operate hand tools and light machinery, follow routine maintenance procedures, and support the crew in delivering high-quality results on every project.
As a Landscape Technician, you take the lead on skilled tasks such as grading, planting, equipment operation, and hardscape prep. You’ll refine technical expertise while developing management abilities that prepare you to move into a future crew-leader role.
As a Crew Leader, you supervise the team, oversee daily production, and maintain strict safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate equipment, manage project timelines, and ensure every task is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest professional standard.
